Monastery St. Christopher in Krstoar village near Bitola is one of the more famous monasteries in this part of Republic of Macedonia.
Up to the monastery leads an 4 km asphalt road which runs through the village Krstoar.
In the village, the road is narrow (less than 3 meters) and is not recommended for wider vehicles like buses.
Due to the proximity of the city of Bitola, the clean air and water and the picturesque mountain scenery, the monastery today is one of the most visited sites for a picnic near Bitola.
